Hi! I’m Michelle, your photographer
My passion is creating vibrant and meaningful portraits that capture the life and energy of your dog and turn them into beautiful artwork so that you keep them with you even when you can no longer scratch those adorable ears or kiss that sweet little snout.
I've been a photographer for over 13 years, and I love what I do - but more than that, I love the emotions my work evokes in my clients when they see their finished artwork of their beloved fur babies. How you feel in your heart about your pet's portraits is what makes mine sing.

Keryn, Studio Assistant & Michelle’s right hand lady
Meet Keryn, our fantastic studio assistant who keeps our creative space running like a well-oiled machine! She is our social media queen, and with her keen eye for detail and natural flair for creativity, Keryn is our go-to gal for crafting unique and imaginative sets that bring our client's visions to life.
Her expert organisational skills are matched only by her love of animals and playful energy which make her the perfect playmate for our resident office pup Jasper who absolutely adores her!
Not only is she passionate about all things cute and cuddly, but she's also hardworking and dedicated to helping us to succeed in any way that she can. We feel so fortunate to have such a beautiful soul as Keryn as part of the Michelle Petkovic Photography family.
Woof! I’m Jasper, Studio Manager and Fluffy Boy
I'm the head honcho here at the studio. Now, you might be thinking to yourself, "Wait a minute...a dog as a studio manager? That's barking mad!" But trust me, I've got this whole operation under control. I make sure that all the important stuff gets done around here, like rounding up the paperwork (which, okay, sometimes turns into eating the paperwork), ensuring that the team is well-fed (by the team I mean me), and always being on hand to remind Mum when it’s time for a break.
When I’m not working or playing fetch with my favourite toy spikey ball I’m sleeping next to Mum in the studio as she edits her latest sessions. She says I’m a big cuddle bum and loves when I give her big slobbery kisses on the cheek for treats!
Mum says I have to stay inside our house when her clients come to visit the studio, but I sure have a good ol’ sniff-a-thon once they have left!
When I’m not keeping her company I like to make sure the cat's food bowls are clean and let everyone know when someone is walking past our house. Apparently, we don’t even need a doorbell anymore!

I'm a champion sleeper, and I take my nap game very seriously. You'll often find me snoozing in a sunbeam or curled up in a cozy corner. I mean, come on, who wouldn't want to sleep all day when you have a comfy bed and fluffy blankets to snuggle up in?
But don't let my love of sleep fool you - when it comes to food, I'm wide awake and always ready to chow down. I've got a sixth sense for mealtime, and I won't hesitate to let everyone in the house know when it's time to eat. Yes, I’m the cat who wakes up her owner at 4 am for food by sitting on their chest while they sleep! Hey, a kitty's gotta eat, am I right?
The Ladies. Support Team & Cheer Squad
We are The Noisy Cluckers - the feathered squad, fluffiest and proudest in the land! Big Bird's our head lady, clucking her way to the top like a boss! Chicken Little's always looking out for us, making sure we don't run around like headless chickens. Poofy's our fluffy cloud of joy, never afraid to show off her fabulous feathers. Marty's the chatterbox, soothing us with her melodic clucks. Maz is the sassy chick, always throwing shade and keeping our eggs warm when she’s broody..…again. And last but not least, we've got Salt & Pepper, the dynamic duo who brings the flavour to our coop! When it's time to celebrate (or lay an egg), we break out into song like nobody's business!
So if you’re visiting the studio be sure to say Hi! We’ll be sure to greet you with open wings (and maybe some eggs if we’ve been paying the rent).
